Sustainability Specialist (H/F)

Join our dynamic and diverse Central Sustainability team and contribute across content development, data visualization, corporate reporting, and sustainability programs. You will be instrumental in turning complex information into clear insights and engaging stories, while coordinating with employees and project teams around the world to plan, document, and execute sustainability projects. - Support sustainability programs: (1) Contribute to the planning, implementation, and follow-up of climate action and social impact, initiatives. (2) Develop tools to measure, report and document employee-led initiatives. - Visualize data and insights: Support dashboards, presentations, and other data visualizations, including work in Power BI, to make sustainability information accessible. - Develop sustainability content: Create clear written, visual, and video content about projects, performance, and results across climate action, nature, and people. - Support corporate reporting: Help collect, organize, validate, and present information for sustainability reporting, leadership materials, and internal updates. - Engage project teams: Work with employees, subject-matter experts, and partners to gather accurate information, identify strong stories, and coordinate inputs and deadlines. - Maintain quality and accuracy: Research topics, check facts and sources, and ensure sustainability information and claims are clear, credible, and well supported.

** Master's degree in sustainability management, Science of Environmental Engineering, Communications, Journalism, Digital media. ** Excellent command of English required (verbal and written); additional languages beneficial ** Degree / Experience / Skills - Versatile and adaptable: Comfortable engaging across sustainability strategy, communications, reporting, data management, and project execution. - Proactive and well-organized: Demonstrates strong project management skills, balancing multiple assignments and deadlines while requiring limited oversight. - Collaborative and innovative: Builds trusted relationships and works effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies. - Analytical and digitally fluent: Capable of synthesizing large and complex datasets into meaningful insights, with a strong interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to enhance impact and communication. - Creative and compelling communicator: Excels at identifying, developing, and translating sustainability initiatives and achievements into engaging stories and content for both internal and external audiences.
