Description de la mission

• Understands and provides guidance on the Compensation and Benefits Standards and ensures compliance with internal procedures. • Analyzes, reviews, makes recommendations and obtains approvals for changes to Compensation and Benefits at the Division level. • Assist in the development of Job bonus policies, Division incentive plans for the international population to support the Compensation and Benefits function. • Participate in relevant local market surveys for both Compensation and Benefits if necessary • Participate in Compensation and Benefit Reviews to monitor and maintain market positioning. • Support the Regional Compensation Experts by providing guidance on Division policies and practices. • Comply with all applicable SLB standards and policies. • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. • Participate in due diligence activities during mergers and acquisitions. • Coordinate communication of Compensation and Benefits matters and programs with HR and regional C&B members. • Review and analyze compensation packages and assignment letters for the HQ population • Assist with job evaluations, as required. • Perform audits of short-term incentives for the Division population • Coordinate the annual Long-Term Incentive grant process. • Assist with compensation cost analyses and payroll data reviews • Estimate the compensation cost and total company cost, as required • Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation • Assist in communicating compensation-related matters and programs to the HR community. • Prepare and deliver presentations to the management team and the Division HR Director.

Profil recherché

• Master degree or higher in Human Resources and Business Management • Excellent command of English required (verbal and written) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & PowerBI • Strong analytical and numerical skills. Digitally savvy with strong attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
