POSITION SUMMARY / FACTS The Marketing Assistant will support campaign operations and product asset management for retail boutiques, wholesale, e-retailers (including Amazon), visual merchandising and local marketing. This role supports L’Occitane across Australia and New Zealand. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Operations • Provide pivotal support in preparing the retail Campaign Communication Package (CCP) in collaboration with Retail Marketing Executive and Visual Merchandising team. • Support local marketing initiatives including social media content, shopping centre media, VM opportunities, and event executions. • Support wholesale marketing campaigns and initiatives across all wholesale channels and partners (including online). • Assist campaign artwork allocation and send out across retail and wholesale channels. Asset Management • Local Marketing – Manage the supply of marketing assets (updates/uploads) to local marketing partner portals in timely manner. • Wholesale – Prepare product information including visual assets, pack shots, product descriptions in line with the Wholesale Marketing Executive’s direction. • Amazon – Assist with Amazon asset management. Visual Merchandising • In collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Executive: • Assist with regular store order maintenance (Props, Price ticket etc) for both AU and NZ • Assist with special requests from boutiques. • Assist with review and update of schematics in line with global, APAC and local standards. Packaging artwork and kitting • Lead packaging development required for marketing and wholesale kitting, i.e., boxes, labels, swing tags, price stickers, and bellybands (in line Marketing and Wholesale Executive direction). • Prepare artwork briefs, manage supplier schedule and check final quality. • Create kitting briefs in a timely manner based on marketing and warehouse schedules. • Liaise with the Marketing Team and Supply Chain Team to check the kit component availability on time and manage changes when necessary. Others • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks. • Support ad hoc Marketing projects such as brand activations, conference etc.

Profil recherché

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; • 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or related role; and • Understanding of current marketing concepts, strategies and best practices. SKILLS / ABILITIES - COMPETENCIES • Intermediate – Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel. • Basic/Intermediate – Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat. • Intermediate – Campaign Coordination and Communication tools: Asana, Microsoft Outlook, Teams. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong time management: Adaptability to juggle multiple tasks. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interest in the Beauty industry. • Effective team member. • Able to respectfully give and receive constructive feedback.
