Could you be the VIE – IS&T Operations and Training we’re looking for? Your future role You’ll specifically take care of managing small projects such as iPad/mobile management, PC management, and printer replacement, but also assist in the discovery of tools and networks for various sites. We’ll look to you for: Supporting the Operations team in the execution of project work packages, activities, documentation, quality assurance, reporting, and process improvements Planning and managing training and communications across the Americas Applying templates and records to document project activities following defined standards Managing small projects, including device and infrastructure management Collaborating with end users and the Operations team to identify and resolve concerns Working under the direction of the Country Operations Manager
