Junior IT-Risk/IAM-Manager (H/F)

The VIE supports the Senior IT Risk / IAM Manager in the operational implementation and monitoring of all defined topics and ensures that all regulatory and internal requirements relating to IT risk management, segregation of duties, and access management are fulfilled in an audit proof manner. The role includes steering IAM processes and providing advisory support to the business units. RESPONSIBILITIES : • Analysis and support in defining requirements for Segregation of Duties (SoD). • Identification, assessment, reporting, and monitoring of IT risks as well as risk‑mitigating measures in coordination with the relevant business units (2nd Line of Defence) and the Senior IT Risk / IAM Manager. • Operational monitoring of early warning indicators, including documentation and preparation of input for escalations (in particular GPS514). Process-related integration into the alert processes of upstream functions. • Support in the preparation of regular reports, including the compilation of control and risk evidence for the relevant bodies and committees of the bank and the group (e.g., SSC, ICC). • Active and hands-on advisory support to the business units and quality assurance of 1.1 and 2.1 controls within the Internal Control System (ICS). • Execution of control activities in accordance with the ICS (2.2 controls). • Support in the monitoring and review of outsourcing requirements from an IT risk perspective. • Support in the creation and maintenance of the Segregation of Duties matrix and monitoring of its implementation. • Execution of recertification campaigns under the functional guidance of the Senior IT Risk / IAM Manager. • Support in the development and maintenance of authorization models and execution of role modeling campaigns.

• Graduate from a Business/Enginering School with a major in Risk Management/IT • First professional experience in a comparable position or in a consulting environment • Basic knowledge of the regulatory/legal requirements for IAM/SOD • Good knowledge of MS-Office products • Confluence and JIRA knowledge • Basic knowledge/experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and associated applications • Very good command of spoken and written English SOFT SKILLS : • Good communication skills and confident appearance • Organizational talent and multitasking ability • High level of communication and teamwork • High degree of independence, initiative and teamwork
